3.2 In the event of discrepancies or user dissatisfaction with services, users may contact Acelinx support for resolution. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the following refund policy:

6. Termination:

6.1 Either party may terminate the user’s access to the job portal at any time for any reason.

6.2 Upon termination, all provisions of these terms and conditions that logically should survive termination will remain in effect.

7. Job Guarantee

• Eligibility Criteria:  To qualify for the job guarantee, users must meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined by Acelinx Infotech Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to education, skills, and experience requirements.
• Completion of Training Programs:  Users must successfully complete any training programs or courses designated by Acelinx as part of the job guarantee initiative.
• Active Participation:  Active participation in job readiness activities, workshops, and career development sessions provided by Acelinx is mandatory for eligibility for the job guarantee.
• Resume and Profile Accuracy: Users are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date profiles and resumes on the Acelinx job portal, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experiences.
• Application and Interview Process:  Users must actively apply for jobs through the Acelinx job portal and participate in any interview processes facilitated by potential employers to remain eligible for the job guarantee.
• Geographical Flexibility:  Users must demonstrate a reasonable level of geographical flexibility and be willing to consider job opportunities in locations specified by Acelinx and potential employers.
• Compliance with Employer Requirements:  Users must comply with all requirements set forth by potential employers during the application, interview, and hiring processes.
• Continuous Learning: Users are encouraged to engage in continuous learning and skills development to enhance their employability, in alignment with Acelinx’s recommended career development paths.
• Placement Period:  The job guarantee is applicable for a specified period following the completion of the eligibility criteria and training programs. Users must secure employment within this timeframe to qualify for the guarantee.
• Verification and Documentation: Users may be required to provide verification documents, including but not limited to educational certificates, during the job placement process.
• Communication: Users must maintain open communication with Acelinx, promptly updating their job status and responding to inquiries related to the job guarantee initiative.
• Exclusions: The job guarantee does not apply in cases of user misconduct, violation of Acelinx’s terms and conditions, or if users decline suitable job offers meeting the established criteria.

8. License Agreement:

8.1 Grant of License: Acelinx Infotech Pvt Ltd grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software and services, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

8.2 Usage Restrictions: Users shall not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or sublicense any part of the licensed software without explicit written consent from Acelinx.

8.3 Term and Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Acelinx reserves the right to terminate the license at any time for violation of terms, without notice.

8.4 Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, associated with the licensed software remain the property of Acelinx Infotech Pvt Ltd.
