Key Responsibilities:

- Establish design standards, best practices, and style guides to maintain consistency and coherence across web projects and digital platforms.
- Team Management and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of web designers, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and skill enhancement.
- Delegate tasks, allocate resources, and prioritize projects based on deadlines, client expectations, and project complexity.

- Conceptualization and Ideation:

- User Experience and Usability:

- Quality Assurance and Collaboration:

- Conduct design reviews, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to solicit feedback, gather requirements, and align design solutions with project objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in web design, with a focus on UX/UI design, interaction design, and front-end development.
- Proven track record of leading design teams, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with strategic objectives, user needs, and technical constraints.
