Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Rolling Property Agent to lead our property sales team and drive business growth. As a Senior Rolling Property Agent, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, overseeing sales transactions, mentoring junior agents, and developing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence. This role requires a strong track record in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the property market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Sales Management:
    • Oversee the sales process for residential and commercial properties, from listing to closing, ensuring timely and successful transactions.
    • Develop pricing strategies, marketing plans, and sales campaigns to optimize property exposure and attract potential buyers.
    • Negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and terms of sale on behalf of clients to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
  2. Portfolio Management:
    • Maintain and expand a portfolio of properties for sale, lease, or investment, including identifying new listings, conducting property valuations, and assessing market trends.
    • Collaborate with property owners, developers, and investors to showcase properties effectively and facilitate sales opportunities.
    • Conduct property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence to evaluate property condition, marketability, and investment potential.
  3. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior property agents, coaching them on best practices in sales techniques, client management, and market analysis.

    • Provide personalized consultation, advice, and support to clients throughout the property transaction process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a successful property agent or real estate professional, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in property sales and management.
