Key Responsibilities:

- Client Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences.
- Present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to clients, solicit feedback, and incorporate revisions to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Communicate proactively and professionally with clients, providing updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Creative Ideation and Concept Development:
- Generate creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions that align with client objectives, industry trends, and best practices in graphic design.
- Conduct research, gather inspiration, and explore different design styles and techniques to inform the development of original and impactful visual assets.
- Experiment with new tools, software, and design technologies to expand skills and enhance design capabilities.
- Quality Assurance and Production:
- Review and refine design drafts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, project specifications, and technical requirements.
- Prepare final artwork files and assets for production, printing, or digital distribution, optimizing formats, resolutions, and color profiles as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors, printers, and production partners to oversee the printing, fabrication, or implementation of design materials and deliverables.
- Time Management and Project Coordination:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Track project milestones, progress, and expenses, and provide regular updates to clients and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, or external collaborators to streamline workflow, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphics designer, preferably in a freelance capacity, with a diverse portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design principles, techniques, and software tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar design applications.
- Strong visual and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail, color, composition, and typography.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas, collaborate effectively, and present design concepts persuasively.
